Hey, I’m Isaac, but you might know me as Wavfinder. I’m an independent artist and creator from Denver, Colorado, with a big passion for making music and creating art. Wavfinder is my creative project, and the name I use to represent myself in my music and streaming. My goal is simple: to create art and content that is meaningful to me, and hopefully in the process I can create something that is meaningful to someone else. Wavfinder is about expressing myself, and connecting with people through my music, gaming and media.
What is Wavfinder?
Wavfinder is, at its core, a music project delivering immense vibes through versatile EDM tracks with a signature twist. My music spans a wide range of electronic genres, always with a personal touch that sets it apart. Each performance features original visuals designed by myself, complementing the overall vision of the Wavfinder brand.
Whether you’re listening alone or in a packed venue, Wavfinder’s music is guaranteed to make you move. I create dance music for every mood and theme, making it perfect for any setting. My live performances are as diverse as my songwriting, making Wavfinder a great addition to any bass music-oriented lineup. Wavfinder isn’t about being an in-your-face media brand. It’s a project driven by passion and an authentic expression of who I am. With Wavfinder, you will always get genuine energy and creativity.
My Music Career
I first started producing music in 2017 under the heavy dubstep alias Nuclear Ninja. I played shows all around Colorado, building my early audience while learning the ropes of being an artist. During this time, I established a small record label and promotion company called Nuclear OG. Through the label, I released my own music and signed music from many friends that I met along the way. Nuclear OG also organized events, establishing a presence and residencies within several Denver venues. However, I found myself getting caught up and overwhelmed in the industry’s social dynamics and chasing trends, which led to extreme burnout and a loss of my passion for dubstep and making music in general. After lots of soul searching, I decided to close Nuclear OG and end the Nuclear Ninja project in an effort to rediscover myself and my passion for creating music.
After a 2 year hiatus, Wavfinder was born. A fresh new start, and clean slate. Using my experience and combined skills of music production, digital marketing, and what I learned about the music industry, I wanted to carve my own path and create music that makes me happy. I’m a genre chameleon, diving into everything from drum and bass, house, dubstep, and beyond! Each track is a unique piece of me, crafted with care and passion. I handle everything myself, from production to release, ensuring my vision shines through.
Gaming and Streaming
Gaming has always been a big part of my life, and is one of my favorite hobbies. Before I was making music, I was streaming and gaming by the name of Nuclear Ninja. Over the years, I’ve gone by many names, but now I stream under Wavfinder Gaming. I love playing video games and sharing those experiences with my community. I stream regularly on my YouTube channel, so come hang out, and let’s play some games!
More About Me
My name is Isaac Parsons, and I live in Denver, Colorado with my girlfriend and our small family of two cats and four geckos. I’ve always been a creative person, and I love spending my time diving into various creative pursuits. When I’m not making music, I enjoy gaming, graphic design, video editing, digital marketing, writing, and game development with my studio, Arcanex Studios. In my downtime, I love watching movies and TV, hanging out with my girlfriend, and attending concerts. Authenticity is a value I hold dear, and I strive to always be my true self in everything I do.
